We are a very small company and there is only one person in charge of managing the shop. We are fortunate to be busy, and appreciate each of you! Unless otherwise stated, orders will ship out every Tuesday. Need to change or update your order? Send us an email before 5:00pm PST on Friday, and we’ll help you out.

Use of Our Website and the purchase of goods therein constitutes Your acceptance of the Company’s shipping policy. You are responsible for the costs associated with shipping purchased goods. The Company is responsible for any liability arising out of transportation of purchased goods from its warehouse to the place of shipment, i.e. United States Postal Service. You hereby agree to assume responsibility for damage, lost, stolen or misplaced goods, which may arise or occur during the transportation/shipment of the goods from the place of shipment. Costs of shipping may change at any time without prior notice.

- u.s. domestic shipping

Includes the United States and its Territories. You will receive a United States Postal Service (USPS) link and tracking number with every shipment confirmation. The 1-3 day Priority Shipping timeline refers to the time in which it will take to reach you once your order has shipped. Unless otherwise stated, orders ship out every Tuesday.

Ground (Priority & First Class) pricing is based on total purchase weight and automatically calculated using discounted USPS.com pricing.

- international shipping

Includes all countries not considered part of the United States and its Territories. You will receive a United States Postal Service (USPS) link and tracking number with every shipment confirmation. Please allow 7-25 business days for delivery.

Ground (Worldwide First Class & Priority) pricing is based on total purchase weight, and is $13USD per pound.*

*The shipping charge does not reflect customs duties for internationally bound packages ordered through this site. For more information on import taxes, please contact your local customs office.

EASY RETURNS

- Step-by-step guide:

  1. Have your order number and zip code ready.

  2. Submit a return request HERE. (Returns can be made within 15 days of delivery.)

  3. Once we have received and accepted* your return, we'll refund your original form of payment.

*Acceptance is based on the condition in which the product is returned.

(Please know that Infinitely Interesting, LLC, PCCastAuthor.com, KCastAuthor.com, TheDysasters.com and HouseOfNightSeries.com are not responsible for damage, defect, or loss that occurs to returns in transit by a 3rd party.)

- late returns

We can accept returnable merchandise for up to 15 days from the date it's delivered. Packages received after this period will not be accepted.

- exchanges

At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges.

- incorrect or defective items
